What you will explore

• Recognizing observable signals of instability and separating structural conditions from visible symptoms.
• Examining decision reliability, communication reliability, role and accountability clarity, execution consistency, and dependency and resilience.
• Applying Detect™ → Reveal™ → Repair™ to identify a signal, expose a pattern, and document evidence and corrective action.
• Proposing a focused intervention with ownership, a review date, and a plan to determine whether the change holds.

Practical application

In Module 7, use evidence to examine five conditions and choose one for deeper review. In Module 8, build an Action Brief™ supported by at least two evidence sources, propose one structural intervention, and define ownership, review criteria, and remaining uncertainty.
